CRP、WBC及MP-IgM检测在呼吸道感染患儿诊断中的应用研究

目的：探讨c-反应蛋白（CRP）、白细胞（WBC）及肺炎支原体（Mp）-IgM在诊断儿童急性呼吸道感染疾病中的应用价值。方法：采用免疫比浊法和血细胞分析仪及被动凝集法对316例呼吸道感染患儿行CRP、WBC及Mp-IgM的检测。结果：在316例Mp-IgM抗体的检测中，共检测出阳性标本84例，总阳性率为26．58％；细菌感染组和肺炎支原体感染组的CIKP和WBC明显增高，与正常对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；病毒感染组的CKP和WBC水平与正常对照组比较无显著性差异。结论：C1KP、WBC与Mp-IgM联合检测可为临床医师鉴别诊断急性呼吸道感染患儿提供快捷、可靠的的依据。

The application study of CRP,WBC and MP-IgM detection in children diagnosed with acute respiratory tract infection

Objective ： To explore the clinical significance of co-dectection of CRP, WBC and Mp-IgM in children with respiratory tract infection. Methods ： The levels of CRP, WBC, Mp-IgM of 316 patients with acute respiratory tract infection were detected.Results ： 68 cases of 316 children were positive in Mp-IgM. The positive rate of Mp-IgM was 21.5%. Compared with control group, the level of CRP and WBC was increased obviously in bacteria and Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection groups, t there was significant difference （P〈0.01）; meanwhile, both of CRP and WBC level showed no statistical difference in virus infection group （P〉0.05）. Conclusions .. Co-dectection of CRP, WBC and MP-Ab can be used for differential diagnosis of respiratory tract infection of children.
