孟鲁司特对支气管哮喘患儿血清白细胞介素-17的影响

目的 探讨孟鲁司特对支气管哮喘患儿血清白细胞介素-17（IL-17）的影响.方法 90例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为两组,观察组50例,对照组40例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用孟鲁司特,治疗3个月后评价疗效,测定患儿治疗前后血清IL-17的变化.结果 观察组总有效率为96％,对照组总有效率为87.5％,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.两组治疗后均明显降低血清IL-17的表达（P＜0.01）,并且与对照组比较,观察组降低更明显（P＜0.05）.结论 孟鲁司特可以通过拮抗IL-17而改善支气管哮喘患儿病情.

The effectiveness of montelukast on serum IL-17 in children with bronchial asthma

Objective To study the effectiveness of montelukast on serum interleukin-17（IL-17） in children with bronchial asthma. Methods 90 children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups,the control group（n=40 cases） and the observation group（n=50 cases）.The children in the control group were treated through the conventional treatment,while the children in the observation group were treated through the conventional treatment plus montelukast.They were treated for three months.Serum IL- 17 were detected before and after treatment. Results The total efficicies were 96% in the observation group and 87.5% in the control group.There was a significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Serum IL-17 were decreased in beth groups after treatment. There was a significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Montelukast can improve children with bronchial asthma through decreasing IL-17.
