摘    要:波谱解析在化学、生物、医药、材料、食品、卫生、环境等重要领域都有广泛的应用。波谱解析课程包括紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振波谱以及质谱。波谱解析是药学专业重要的基础课程之一,是学习天然药物化学、药物化学的基础。编写试题库可有助于学生复习提高所学知识,本文通过详细例子阐述了波谱解析试题库的建设。

Construction of spectral analysis item bank

Abstract:Spectral analysis is the important course of pharmacy, including ultraviolet spectrum (UV), infrared spectrum (IR), nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR) and mass spectrum (MS). These four spectrums are powerful tools to analyze organic compounds with advantages of accuracy, rapidness and less sample needed. Spectral analysis is widely applied in areas of chemistry, biology, medicine, materials, food, health and environment. This article shows the construction of item bank for spectral analysis, which will help students master what they study in this course.
