| 摘 要： | 目的 观察定向软通道治疗高血压脑出血的疗效.方法 本文总结了定向软通道治疗高血压脑出血120例临床体会.结果 一个月死亡率19.2％,GOS优良率45.8％,3个月随访死亡率20.8％,GOS优良率69.2％,生存患者神经功能有不同程度的恢复,治疗效果良好.结论 此方法疗效可靠,愈后良好,简便易行,值得特别是在基层医院推广.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the directional soft channel curative effect for the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods This article summarized the soft channel directional treatment of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage, 120 cases of clinical experience. Results Mortality rate 19.2% in a month, GOS was 45.8%, 20.8% mortality in 3 months, GOS was 69.2%, the survival patients had different degree of nerve function recovery, treatment effect was good. Conclusion This method has reliable curative effect, so it is worth popularizing especially in basic-level hospitals. |
