| 摘 要： | 目的探讨I晦床应用静脉留置针所致静脉炎及其预防护理措施。方法选择2012年6月～2012年9月间在本科应用了静脉留置针者138例，随机分成A、B两组，A组采用严格的护理预防措施进行干预，B组则未采用。结果采用严格的预防护理措施后静脉炎发生率大幅下降。结论积极采取预防护理措施可以减少或避免应用静脉留置针所致的静脉炎的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective Discussion on the phlebitis caused by indwelling needle in clinical application and preventive nursing. Methods Selecting 138 patients using indwelling needle in clinical treatment and it were divided into group A and group B randomly, Group A were intervened adopting strict preventive nursing measures, Group B were not intervened. Results The incident of phlebitis significantly decreased after taking the rigorous preventive nursing measures. Conclusion The incident of phlebitis can be reduced or avoided through actively taking preventive nursing. |
