亚低温治疗重症手足口病并发中枢性发热的疗效研究

目的研究亚低温治疗重症手足口病并发中枢性发热的临床疗效。方法选取2010年6月～2013年6月本院收治的47例重症手足口病并发中枢性发热患者为研究对象,将其随机地分为对照组和治疗组,对照组23例给予常规药物治疗,治疗组24例给予亚低温治疗,对比两组患者体温变化、实验室指标以及治疗时间。结果对照组治疗后,体温由（38．6±0．5）℃下降至（36．7±0．3）℃,治疗时间为（4．0±1．1）h;治疗组,体温由（38．7±0．3）℃下降至（36．8±0．4）℃,治疗时间为（2．0±1．3）h,两组对比,治疗时间存在明显差异,具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）;两组实验室指标对比无明显差异,不具有统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论亚低温治疗重症手足口病并发中枢I生发热安全可靠,疗效确切,治疗时间短,因此,值得临床推广和应用。

Effect study of mild hypothermia therapy for severe hand foot mouth disease complicated with central heating

Objective To study the treatment of severe hypothermia HFMD complicated by the clinical efficacy of central heating. Methods From June 2010 to June 2013 in our hospital 47 cases of severe HFMD patients with concurrent central heating for the study were randomly divided into control group and treatment group and the control group of 23 patients treated with conventional drugs treatment, the treatment group received hypothermia treatment, changes in body temperature compared two groups of patients, laboratory parameters and treatment time. Results In the control group after treatment, body temperature by a （38.6 ±0.5） ℃v decreased to （36.7 ± 0.3） ℃ , treatment time was （4.0 ± 1.1） days; treatment group, the body temperature （38.7 ± 0.3） ℃ down to （36.8 ± 0.4） ℃, treatment time was （2.0 ± 1.3） days, between two groups, the treatment time there are significant differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）; comparing the two groups no significant difference in laboratory parameters, does not have the statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Severe hypothermia HFMD complicated central heating safe and effective, the treatment time is short, therefore, worthy of promotion and application.
