| 摘 要： | [目的]观察中西医结合治疗肺心病急性发作期的疗效。[方法]将84例确诊为肺心病急性加重期的患者随机分为中西医结合组42例,西药组42例。[结果]两组症状均有明显改善,治疗组有效率92.9%,对照组有效率<71.4%。[结论]中西医结合治疗肺心病急性发作期,较单用西药有明显效果。

| Abstract: | [ Objective]To observe the TCM- WM treatment pulmonary heart disease with acute exacerba- tion of the effect. [ Methods] 84 patients diagnosed as pulmonary heart disease in patients with acute exacerbation were randomly divided into combined group of 42 cases of TCM -WM, western medicine group of 42 cases. [ Results ] The two sets of symptoms were markedly improved, the treatment group was 92.9%. The control group was 〈 71.4%. [ Conclusion] The TCM -WM treatment pulmonary heart disease with acute exacerbation, Significant than the effects of western medicine alone. |
