军术膏促进骨伤感染创面愈合的临床研究

目的：观察军术膏在骨科感染创面愈合中的作用。方法：将60例骨伤创面感染患者随机分为两组：治疗组创面用军术膏换药；对照组创面用生肌玉红膏换药。比较两组的治愈率、总有效率、创面愈合时间、创面缩小率、症状体征、以及创面分泌物细菌培养的差异。结果：四周后，治疗组治愈率80％、总有效率达100％，与对照组治愈率60．0％、总有效率100％相比，治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）；从创面愈合时间、第2周及第3周的创面缩小率、细菌培养分析，治疗组抑菌作用等方面比较，治疗组均优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：军术膏能够提高骨伤感染创面修复质量，缩短创面愈合时间。

Clinical Observation on Junzhu Ointment in Promoting Healing of Infectious Raw Surface

Objective：To observe the effect of Junzhu Ointment （JZO） on wound healing. Methods.. Sixty cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Based on routine dressing change, the patients in treatment group and control group were treated with JZO and Shengji Yuhong Ointment respectively. The cure rate, total effective rate, wound healing time, wound minification,clinical symptoms, and germicuhur of raw surface were observed. Results： After 4 weeks of treatment, the cure rate and total effective rate in treatment group were 80.0 % and 100% respectively, which were significantly higher than those in con trol group （60% and 100%） （P〈0.05）. Moreover, wound healing time in treatment group was statistically shorter than that in control group. The wound minification of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group in the 2nd and 3rd week （P〈0.01）. And bacteriostasis of treatment group was better than that of control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： External application of JZO can promote wound healing and shorten healing time.
