穴位注射加牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

目的 观察穴位注射加牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法 选取合格病例132例，随机分为两组，每组66例，治疗组采用穴位注射加牵引，对照组采用针刺加牵引。结果 治疗组痊愈28例（42．42％），显效22例（33．33％），总有效率95．45％，痊显率75．76％。对照组痊愈14例（21．21％），显效16例（24．24％），总有效率81．82％，痊显率45．45％，经统计学处理差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论 穴位注射加牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效优于针刺加牵引法。

Observations on the Efficacy of Point Injection plus Traction for Treating Nerve Root Cervical Spondylopathy

Objective To investigate the efficacy of point injection plus traction for treating nerve root cervical spondylopathy.Methods One hundred and thirty-two qualified patients were randomly allocated to two groups,66 cases each.The treatment group was treated by point injection plus traction and the control group,by acupuncture plus traction.Results Of the treatment group,recovery occurred in 28 cases(42.42%) and marked effectiveness in 22 cases(33.33%),with a total efficacy rate of 95.45% and a recovery and marked effectiveness rate of 75.76%.Of the control group,recovery occurred in 14 cases(21.21%) and marked effectiveness in 16 cases(24.24%),with a total efficacy rate of 81.82% and a recovery and marked effectiveness rate of 45.45%.Statistical analysis showed a ginificant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Point injection plus traction is superior to acupuncture plus traction in treating nerve root cervical spondylopathy.
