香芍颗粒联合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗围绝经期综合征的临床研究

目的观察香芍颗粒联合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法选取2017年6月—2020年8月在河南大学淮河医院就诊的117例围绝经期综合征患者,根据患者门诊挂号顺序将其分为对照组(58例)和治疗组(59例)。对照组患者口服雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装,1片/次,1次/d。治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上口服香芍颗粒,1袋/次,3次/d。以28 d为1个疗程,两组均治疗2个疗程。观察两组临床疗效,比较两组的临床症状评分、性激素。结果治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为91.53%,高于对照组的74.14%(P0.05)。治疗后,两组KMI评分均较治疗前下降(P0.05),且治疗组KMI评分低于对照组(P0.05)。治疗后,两组雌二醇(E2)水平较治疗前升高,促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)水平较治疗前降低(P0.05),且治疗组E2水平高于对照组,LH、FSH水平低于对照组(P0.05)。结论香芍颗粒联合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗围绝经期综合征的疗效较好,可改善临床症状评分,调节患者性激素水平,且安全性好。

Clinical study on Xiangshao Granules combined with Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets in treatment of perimenopausal syndrome

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiangshao Granules combined with Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets in treatment of perimenopausal syndrome. Methods Patients (117 cases) with perimenopausal syndrome in Huaihe Hospital of Henan University from June 2017 to August 2020 were divided into the control group (58 cases) and the treatment group (59 cases) according to the order of patient registration. Patients in the control group were po administered with Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets, 1 tablet/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xiangshao Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, three times daily. A course had 28 d, and patients in two groups were treated for two courses. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptom scores and sex hormone in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 91.53%, which was higher than 74.14% in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the KMI scores of two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the KMI score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of E₂ in two groups were significantly increased, but the levels of LH and FSH were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of E₂ in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, but the levels of LH and FSH in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Xiangshao Granules combined with Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of perimenopausal syndrome, can improve the clinical symptom score, and regulate the level of sex hormone in patients, with good safety.
