| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨鼻咽癌放疗后颈部淋巴结残留或复发的治疗方法。方法:对我科1994~2002年21例鼻咽癌放疗后颈部淋巴结残留或复发的病人手术治疗总结,18例行改良根治性颈淋巴结清扫术,2例行扩大根治性颈淋巴结清扫术,1例行姑息性颈淋巴结切除术。结果:21例病人3年生存率52.4%,5年生存率33.3%。结论:鼻咽癌放疗后颈淋巴结残留复发手术治疗能提高患者生存率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the treatment of recurrent or remaining lymphoid metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) after radiotherapy. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 21 cases operated for recurrent or remaining lymphoid metastasis of NPC after radiotherapy, 18 cases were performed with modified radical neck dissection and 2 cases extended radical neck dissection and 1 case palliative lymphoidectomy. Results: The 3 and 5 year survival rates were 52.4% and 33.3% respectively. Conclusion: The surgical treatment of recurrent or remaining lymphoid metastasis of NPC after radiotherapy can improve the survival rates of patients. |
