唐山市大学新生口腔卫生保健知识、行为抽样调查

目的调查唐山市三所大学新生口腔健康知识和健康行为。方法对唐山市三所大学新生进行口腔健康知识和健康行为问卷调查。结果 3所学校新生口腔卫生保健行为实施率较高,但口腔卫生行为不够规范,对口腔保健知识认知不足;定期口腔检查的意识薄弱,口腔疾病发生时,多数学生在遇到口腔疾病后就医意识淡薄,就医不及时;对一般性口腔卫生保健知识知晓率较高,口腔保健知识来源途径少。结论大学新生口腔健康知识有限,口腔健康行为有待提高,在高校开展口腔健康教育十分必要。

Sample Survey of Oral Health Knowledge and Behavior in Freshmen of Tangshan

Objective To investigate oral health knowledge and behavior in freshmen from three universities of Tangshan.Methods The oral health knowledge and behavior of the freshmen were investigated using questionnaires.Results The rate of implementation of oral health care was higher among the investigated students,but the behavior of oral hygiene was not standard and they did not have enough oral health knowledge.Most of the students did not check up their oral cavity regularly,even if they had some diseases of oral cavity,they did not go to see doctors in time.They knew more general knowledge of oral cavity health care,but the way to obtain the knowledge was very limited.Conclusions The health knowledge about oral cavity care of the freshmen is limited and their oral hygiene behavios need to be improved.It is necessary to develop health education about oral cavity care in universities.
