美罗培南治疗细菌感染的多中心临床研究

目的 评价国产美罗培南的治疗效果与安全性。方法 采用多中心随机对照分层随机分组方法，以进口亚胺培南／西司他丁为对照物，观察两种药物对１２５例中，重度下呼吸道、泌尿系、烧伤创口感染等的疗效与安全性。结果 实验药对上述疾病总有效率为８９．３６％，细菌清除率为８２．２６％，对照药物分别为８９．８３％与７５．００％，副作用发生率分别为７．４％与１１．８６％。结论 两种药物疗效与副作用发生率相仿。

Multi Center Clinical Study on Treatment of Bacterial Infections with Meropenem

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy and safety of domestic meropenem. METHODS A randomized comparative multicenter study was conducted to compare the efficacy and safety of domestic meropenem versus imipenem/cilastatin in the treatment of 125 cases of moderate and severe lower respiratory tract infection, urinary tract infection and infection on the surface of wound of burn. RESULTS The clinical effective and bacteriological eradication rates were 89.36% and 82.26%, respectively in meropenem group and those of the control one were 89.83% and 75.00%, respectively. Adverse events were reported in 7.4% of patients in meropenem group and 11.86% in the control one, respectively. CONCLUSIONS There were no significant differences of efficacy and adverse effect between the two groups.
