对比三维超声VOCAL技术与CT评估兔肝脏体积

摘    要:目的对比评估三维超声VOCAL技术和CT测量兔肝脏体积的准确性。方法分别采用三维超声VOCAL技术和CT测量30只兔肝脏体积,将测量结果与采用水浸法测得的肝脏实际体积值进行比较。结果兔肝脏体积的三维超声VOCAL测量值、CT测量值与实际值间两两比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。VOCAL法与CT法的测量误差分别为8.40%±4.40%及6.68%±4.45%(P>0.05)。三维超声VOCAL法测得的兔肝脏体积与实际值高度相关(r2=0.880,Y=9.146+0.826 X,P<0.001)。结论三维超声VOCAL技术可以准确测量兔肝脏体积,为评估不规则脏器体积提供了新的方法。

Abstract:Objective To explore the accuracy of three-dimensional ultrasound with virtual organ computed aided analysis (VOCAL) technique in assessment of rabbit's liver volume by comparison with CT. Methods Thirty rabbits' liver volume were calculated with VOCAL and CT, and then compared to actual volumes respectively. The actual liver volume was measured with immersion method. Results There was no statistical difference among results of VOCAL, CT and the actual volume (all P>0.05). The error of the VOCAL and CT method was 8.40%±4.40% and 6.68%±4.45%, respectively. The correlation was good between VOCAL results and the actual volumes (r2=0.880, Y=9.146+0.826X, P<0.001). Conclusion Three-dimensional ultrasound with VOCAL technique can measure the rabbit's liver volume accurately, therefore providing a new method for in vivo measurement of the volume of irregular organs.
