音乐治疗对老年高血压患者自主神经的影响

目的：观察音乐治疗前后高血压患者自主神经平衡指数及其功能指标的变化。方法：138例高血压患者随机分为治疗组及对照组，均保持用抗高血压药物的种类和剂量不变，治疗组同时给予音乐治疗。治疗前后采用梁月华等制定的自主神经平衡指数测定法对患者神经平衡指数，功能指标及主诉症状进行评定。结果：治疗后除呼吸间隔和舌下温度外，治疗组自主神经平衡指数，功能指标及主诉症状的改善明显高于对照组（均P＜0．05）。结论：音乐治疗改善老年高血压患者自主神经平衡状态的作用是即时的，巩固疗效必须坚持半年以上。

Effect of Music Therapy on Autonomic Nerve of the Elderly Patients with Hypertension

Objective: To observe the changes in balance index and function indicators of the autonomic nerves in the elderly patients with hypertension undergoing music therapy. Methods: 138 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In the treatment group, the patients received music therapy besides the continuous drug therapy. Before and after treatment, the method for balance index of the autonomic nerves was used to assessed the nervous balance index, functional indicators and complaint symptoms of the patients. Results: Except breathing interval and sublingual temperature, the balance index and function indicators of the autonomic nerves and the complaint symptoms in the treatment group were significantly improved as compared with control group (all P < 0.05 ). Conclusion: Music therapy could improve the balance status of the autonomic nerves in the elderly patients with hypertension.
