血管内支架治疗外周动脉狭窄或阻塞性疾病

摘    要:目的 探讨血管内支架治疗外周动脉狭窄或阻塞性疾病的疗效和预后。方法 应用PTA加血管内支架技术,治疗13例外周动脉狭窄性疾病的患者。结果 13例动脉造影显示4例颈动脉、4例锁骨下动脉、4例肾动脉及1例腹主动脉有不同程度狭窄。12例应用导丝顺利完成PTA治疗后,置放自扩展式Wall stent、记忆合金式Symphony及Angiomed支架12支,患者治疗后临床症状消失或缓解。术后造影显示血管及支架通畅,近期效果满意。结论 应用PTA加血管内支架是治疗外周血管狭窄或闭塞性疾病的理想方法。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect and prognosis of percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) and stent in the peripheral arteries stenosis or occlusive. Methods Using PTA and stent treated 13 patients with peripheral arteries stenosis or occlusive. Results Angiography showed four carotids, 4 subclavian arteries, 4 renal arteries and 1 arote were obstructed in defferent degree.13 patients were treated with PTA, stents were used in 12 patients. After the treatment, the syndrome recovered and disappeared. Postoperative angiography showed the arteries became patent. Conclusion PTA with stent placement is good method to treat peripheral arteries stenosis or occlusive.
