硬膜外单次吗啡—布比卡因用于剖宫产术后镇痛效果观察

目的 :观察硬膜外腔单次吗啡—布比卡因混合液用于剖宫产术后的镇痛效果 ,寻求镇痛效果好 ,并发症少 ,生理扰乱小 ,管理方便的剖宫产术后镇痛方法。方法 :65例剖宫产受术者 ,分观察组 (3 3例 )与对照组 (3 2例 ) ,观察组于关腹前进硬膜外腔注入 0 .2 5 %布比卡因加吗啡 2 mg混合液 6ml,对照组给相同剂量生理盐水 ,观察术后镇痛效果并发症及产科情况。效果 :与对照组比较 ,观察组术后 72小时内无痛及微痛率达 90 %以上 ,并发症发生率低 ,产科恢复无明显影响。结论 :剖宫产术后采用单次硬膜外腔小剂量布比卡因—吗啡复合液是一种简单、安全、有效的镇痛方法

ANTALGIC EFFECT OF EPIDURAL SINGLE DOSE OF MORPHINE COMBINED WITH BUPIVACAINE AFTER CESAREAN

Objective:To observe the epidural effect of single dose of morphine combined with bupivacaine after cesarean and find a effective postoperative antalgic method with convenient management and less complications and physiological confusion.Methods:65 patients scheduled for cesarean were divided into two groups:observation group(n=33)and control group(n=32),6ml of 0.25% bupivacaine including morphine 2 mg was injected in epidural space before suturing pcritoneum in observation group and samc dose of saline was injected in control group.The poslopeative antalgic effect,complication and general condition of patient were observed.Results:The rate of painless plus slight pain was over ninety percent within 72 hours in observation group.Compared with control group,the rate of complication in observation group was lower.There was no evident affect about analgesia to recovery of patient.Conclusion:The epidural injection of single small dose of morphine combined with bupivacaine a fter cesarean is a safe,simple and effective antalgic method.
