CT diagnosis and antidiastole of intracranial inflammatory granuloma: An analysis of 287 cases

Objective To summarize pathological and CT diagnosis of intracranial inflammatory granuloma.Methods The data of 287 cases of intracranial inflammatory granuloma patients were analyzed.Results Some 132 cases with tuberculosis granuloma,accounted for 45.99%;112 cases with microabscess,accounted for 39.02%;10 cases with viral brain inflammation,accounted for 3.48%;11 cases with mould granuloma,accounted for 3.83%;22 cases with cysticercosis granuloma,accounted for 7.67%.All lesions showed low density by CT scan and enhancement showed difference.Conclusion Intracranial inflammatory granuloma has some common CT manifestations.Different pathogenic factors in different pathological stages have some different CT manifestations.Combined with other related material can be the main effective assessment method.
