| 摘 要： | 目的 通过分析4例误诊为甲状腺疾患的喉咽-颈段食管癌患者临床资料，探讨喉咽-颈段食管癌侵犯甲状腺规律。方法 对3例误诊为甲状腺炎、1例误诊为甲状腺瘤的喉咽-颈段食管癌病例临床分析并复习相关文献资料。结果 术后病理报告均为喉咽-颈段食管鳞状细胞癌。结论 喉咽-颈段食管癌易侵犯甲状腺，临床医师应对此加强认识，提高诊断的准确性。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate patterns of thyroid invasion in hypopharynx-esophageal carcinoma by analyzing 4 cases which were misdiagnosed as thyroid disease. Method The clinical data of 4 hypopharynx-esophageal carcinoma potients who were misdiagnosed as thyroid disease were analyzed and related literature was reviewed. Result Postoperative pathological studies confirmed squamous cell carcinoma in all cases. Conclusion Hypopharynx-esophageal carcinoma can easuy invade the thyroid gland. To reach a correct diagnosis, physicians must pay much attention to such a scenario. |
