生物反馈联合功能性电刺激治疗产后子宫脱垂的疗效观察

目的探讨生物反馈联合功能性电刺激治疗产后子宫脱垂的疗效。方法将54例产后子宫脱垂患者随机分为两组,试验组27例,给予生物反馈联合功能性电刺激治疗,每次20min,每周2次,13次为1疗程。对照组27例,采用常规支持疗法,适当卧床休息,加强营养,积极治疗便秘,并指导患者进行适当的盆底肌功能锻炼。治疗46d后进行妇科检查,评估两组脱垂子宫的回纳效果。结果试验组的总有效率为85.1%,对照组为40.7%。试验组与对照组的疗效差异具有显著性,χ^2=11.435,P〈0.01。结论生物反馈联合功能性电刺激治疗产后子宫脱垂是一种安全、切实有效的方法。

Biofeedback and Functional Electrical Stimulation and the Treatment of United Prolapse
