阿魏酸钠对急性脑梗死患者血小板和内皮细胞功能的影响

摘    要:目的探讨阿魏酸钠对急性脑梗死(ACI)的疗效,并观察其对ACI患者血浆P选择素、血栓素B2(TXB2)、血管性血友病因子(vWF)及6-酮-前列环素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)的影响。方法将160例ACI患者随机均分为两组,对照组行常规治疗,观察组在此治疗基础上每天静滴300 mg阿魏酸钠。治疗前后对两组患者进行神经功能缺损程度评分,用酶标法测定P-选择素和vWF,用放免法测定TXB2和6-keto-PGF1α。结果与对照组比较,观察组神经功能缺损程度评分明显降低,血浆P-选择素、TXB2和vWF降低,而6-keto-PGF1α升高(P〈0.05或〈0.01)。结论阿魏酸钠可能通过抑制ACI患者的血小板活化、调节内皮细胞的功能来改善血液循环,提高临床疗效。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the therapeutic role and the effects of sodium ferulate on P-selectin, yon Willebrand factor, TXB2 and 6-keto- PGFlct in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods One hundred and sixty patients with ACI were randomly divided into tcontrol group and sodium ferulate group. The control group was administred in a conventional treatment and sodium ferulate group was plused intravenously 300 mg of sodium ferulate daily. Before and after treatment, neurologic defiacits score was evaluated, P-selectin and vWF were detected with ELISA, TXB2 and 6-keto-PGFlot were also tested by RIA in two groups patients. Results Neurologic defiacits score of sodium ferulate group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 〈0. 05 or 〈0. 01 ). Plasma P-selectin, TXB2 and vWF of sodium ferulate group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P 〈 O. 05 or 〈 0.01 ). However, 6-keto- PGFlet was significantly higher in the sodium ferulate group than that in the countrol group ( P 〈 0. 05 or 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Sodium ferulate can significantly inhibit the activa- tion of platelet in ACI, regulate endothelial cell function, improve blood circulation and increase thera- peutic effects.
