2006—2010年南宁市法定传染病流行特征

目的分析南宁市法定传染病的疫情动态和流行特征。方法对国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统的数据进行统计分析。结果 2006—2010年南宁市法定报告传染病年均发病率为662.33/10万,年均死亡率2.15/10万。成年人以病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、淋病、艾滋病和HIV为主;儿童以手足口病、其他感染性腹泻病、流行腮腺炎和痢疾为主。结论肺结核、病毒性肝炎、梅毒、淋病、艾滋病和手足口病、其他感染性腹泻、流腮、痢疾分别是对南宁市成年人和儿童危害大的重点传染病,需要进一步加强预防和控制力度。

Epidemic characteristics of legal infectious disease in Nanning City from 2006-2010

Objective]To analyze the epidemic characteristics and situation dynamic of legal infectious disease in Nanning City.Methods]Statistical analysis was performed on the data collected from the National Disease Supervision Information Management System.Results] The average annual morbidity rate of infection diseases was 662.33 / 100 000,and the average annual mortality rate was 2.15/100 000 in Nanning City from 2006-2010.Pulmonary tuberculosis,viral hepatitis,syphilis,gonorrhea,AIDS and HIV were the major diseases among adults,hand foot and mouth disease,mumps,diarrhea were the major diseases among children.Conclusion]Tuberculosis,viral hepatitis,syphilis,gonorrhea,AIDS,and hand-foot-mouth disease,other infectious diarrhea,mumps,dysentery are the major diseases to threaten adults and children’s health respectively and more efforts should be made to prevent and control these diseases.
