从肾无实的缘起，肾本虚的机理，肾实证的客观存在、性质、病因病机、治法、方药、分型证治，对肾实证进行了系统的阶段性总结，澄清了有关问题。强调了肾实的性质多因虚致实，虚实夹杂，或以邪实为主，并贯穿于辨治始终，强调了肾实证已基本形成了较为完整的病证体系。

A Wide-Ranging Discussion about the Excess Syndrome of the Kidney

This paper made a systemical and phasal summary of kidney excess syndrome from the following aspects: The origin of no kidney excess sydrome,the mechanism of kidney deficienly syndrome,and the objective existance,character,pothogenesis and etiologic factor,therapy,recipe and drug,diagnosis and treatment according to the type of the kidney excess syndrome. Some relative problems are clarified. The the author's opinion, the character of kidney excess syndrome is mostly excess syndrome caused by deficiency, mixed up syndrome of excess and deficiency, or excess of pathogens is dominent, and the character runs through the whole course of the diagnosis and treatment. The paper emphasized that a comparatively comprehensive pathological system of kidney excess syndrome has basically formed up.
