艾滋病病毒感染者/患者避孕套使用状况调查

目的:探讨艾滋病病毒感染者/患者避孕套使用状况及其影响因素,从而提供相应对策和建议。方法:对111例HIV感染者进行流行病学问卷调查和个人深入访谈。结果:虽然感染后最后三次性生活中使用避孕套的比例都有所上升,其中性途径感染者这一比例由感染前的5.88%上升到感染后25.00%,血液途径感染者由感染前的11.11%上升到感染后的52.63%,吸毒共用注射器感染者则由感染前14.81%上升到感染后20.00%,但是使用避孕套的比例仍然很低。多因素分析显示:年龄在30-45岁和经血感染者更倾向在性生活中使用避孕套。结论:HIV感染者的避孕套使用率较低,应采取有效措施提高其使用率,从而有效控制HIV的传播。

Investigation of Condom Use among HIV+/AIDS

Objective:To explore the situation and influential factors of condom use among HIV+/AIDS to provide suggestion to prevent and control HIV+/AIDS.Methods:A total of 111 subjects of HIV+/AIDS were investigated by questionnaire and in-depth interview.Results:The proportion among HIV+ who didn't use condom in the last three sex intercourses after infection decreased,but the proportion among subjects who didn't use condom was still higher which decreased from 94.12% before infection to 75.00% after infection among HIV+/AIDS transmitted by sex intercourse,from 88.89% to 47.37% by donor blood,from 85.19% to 80.00% among drug.Multiple-factor analysis showed that subjects aged 30-45 years old and transmitted by donor blood were inclined to use condom.Conclusion:The proportion of using condom among HIV+/AIDS is lower so it is neces-sary to find effective to prompt condom use to prevention and control HIV/AIDS transmition.
