| 摘 要： | 目的]通过分析病例组合住院费用的影响因素,探讨制定病种定额付费的方法。方法]利用非参数的回归树,就某医院2005年出院病人的26种病例组合住院费用影响因素进行研究。结果]住院天、入院情况、预后、抢救次、职业、年龄及性别是影响住院费用的因素,其中最为关键的因素是住院天。结论]回归树与DRGs系统建模思想一致,可以作为建立病种定额付费的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective]To analyze the factors affecting the cost of case mix so as to work out a proper method for prospective payment.Methods]Data on the cost of hospitalization of 26 case mixes of a certain hospital in 2005 were adopted as a sample and regression tree was employed to analyze the influencing factors.Results]The influencing factors of the cost of hospitalization were the length of time for hospitalization,pre-hospitalization conditions,prognosis,times of salvage,age,gender and occupation.The most important factor was the length of time for hospitalization.Conclusion]Regression tree can be employed in prospective payment,for the ideal model setting up accordant with DRGs'. |
