Abstract: | A patient developed toxic epidermal necrolysis while on carbamazepine, 80% of her skin surface being involved. She also developed a pancytopenia with a neutropenia of 0.77×109 (normal range 27.5× 109/1), but was treated with cyclosporin and granulocyte colony stimulating factor and made a full recovery. |
