| 摘 要： | 目的:目前临床报道药品不良反应资料逐年增加，笔者将10年来《中国药学杂志 》刊出的有关药品不良反应文献进行综析，指出药品不良反应发生的严重性及给病人和社会带来的危害，以引起有关方面重视。方法:自1984年至1996年《中国药学杂志》刊出有关药品不良反应的文章进行药物分类;并试分析药品不良反应发生的原因;存在的问题，并提出建议以引起有关方面重视。结果:在165篇文章中，引起不良反应的药物以杭徽生物药物为最多(36篇，约占22 % )，其次为中药(18篇，约占11%)0结论:药品不良反应给病人带来很大痛苦，认为只要加强药品管理及使用药物者掌握合理用药，药品不良反应可以预防和减少发生。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: With the increase of the reports of adverse drug reaction (ADR)，it is very important to review the reports. METHODS: 165 papers of ADR published by the Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal during 1984～1996 were reviewed. RESULTS: The major drugs involved in the above papers were antimicrobial drugs (about 22%) and traditional Chinese medicines(about 11%).The kinds of ADR were described by analysing of these papers.CONCLUSION: The ADR may prevent and decrease by the rational use of drugs. |
