| 摘 要： | 双侧颈总动脉夹闭法因其操作简单、动物死亡率低、模型成功率高等优点正在受到广泛的应用,本文通过对原有的双侧颈总动脉夹闭法构建脑缺血再灌注损伤模型进行了一定的优化,并总结了一些成功的经验和体会,以期能为模型制作提供一定的参考。

| Abstract: | Because of the advantages of its simple operation,low mortality of animal and high success rate,the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury model by bilateral carotid artery occlusion is being widely used.This paper was carried out to introduce certain improvement on the established method,and to summarize some successful experience and understandings,in order to provide some references about the model making. |
