促红素对大鼠面神经损伤后促进神经修复的电生理评测分析

摘    要:目的观测促红素(EPO)治疗大鼠面神经损伤后对面神经电生理的影响。方法 36只SD大鼠随机分成:A组(损伤+生理盐水)和B组(损伤+EPO)。B组做面神经挤压损伤后EPO 3000IU/Kg皮下注射每天一次,直至取材。测定各组大鼠面神经的神经电生理和有髓纤维通过率(PR),观察药物治疗前后大鼠的神经功能的变化。结果经EPO治疗后,B组大鼠面神经的传导速度明显加快,潜伏期减小,波幅升高;EPO组的PR明显优于A组。结论 EPO可改善神经髓鞘功能,有效提高周围神经损伤后的神经传导速度,促进神经的再生与神经功能的恢复。

Abstract:Objective The aim of this investigatioin was to observe the electrophysiological change of rat post-injury facial nerve after using erythropoietin(EPO) treatment to promote nerve convalescence.Methods Thirty six rats were divided into two groups randomly,namely group A(injury +saline group) and group B(injury +EPO).Rats in group B were injected subcutaneously with EPO 3000IU/kg·d after facial nerve constriction injury.The myelinated fibre thruput rate(PR)and neurofunctional change were determined.Results The conductive velocity of facial nerve in group B was step up obviously,with nerve latency grown down,and with amplitude of wave step up.The PR in group B was better than that of group A.Conclusion EPO may improve the function of the facial nerve myelin sheath,elevate nerve conduction velocity of peripheral nerve after injury,and promote nerve regeneration and the neurofunctional recovery.
