新冠肺炎期间不同岗位药师心理状况调查及原因分析

目的对新冠肺炎期间不同岗位药师的心理健康状况进行调查,分析焦虑情绪来源,为后期的心理预防和干预提供参考依据。方法利用"问卷星"于2020年3月13~17日发放自拟调查问卷,对多家医院药师,包括门诊药师、住院药师、静配药师、临床药师和药事管理者进行心理评估。结果共收到有效问卷281份,其中临床药师焦虑情绪显著高于门诊药师和住院药师(P<0.05);门诊药师焦虑情绪分数与医院药学预防措施呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论新冠肺炎期间不同岗位药师存在焦虑情绪差异,建议相关部门加强心理预防和干预工作,提高药师的心理应对能力。

Psychological Status and Cause Analysis of Pharmacists in Different Positions during COVID-19 Epidemic

OBJECTIVE To investigate the mental health status of pharmacists in different positions during COVID-19 epidemic,and analyze the cause of their anxiety,provide reference for later psychological prevention and intervention for this group. METHODS The questionnaire was sent through the internet to conduct psychological assessments of pharmacists in different hospitals,including outpatient pharmacists,inpatient pharmacists,intravenous dispensing pharmacists,clinical pharmacists and managers,from March13 th,2020 to March 17 th,2020. RESULTS A total of 281 valid questionnaires were collected. The anxiety of clinical pharmacists was significantly higher than that of outpatient pharmacists and inpatient pharmacists( P < 0. 05). The score of outpatient pharmacists’ anxiety was negatively correlated with hospital pharmacy preventive measures( P < 0. 05). CONCLUSION There are differences in anxiety among pharmacists in different positions during COVID-19 epidemic. It is suggested that the relevant departments should carry out the psychological prevention and intervention to improve the psychological response ability of pharmacists.
