LEEP刀与微波疗法治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床对比观察

摘    要:目的观察LEEP刀与微波疗法治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月本院妇科门诊就诊的100例慢性宫颈炎患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法分为微波组及LEEP刀组,均50例。对比手术时间、手术出血量及宫颈创面愈合时间;术后3个月复查进行疗效判定,统计临床总有效率。结果两组术中出血量比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);LEEP刀组手术时间、宫颈创面愈合时间明显短于微波组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);LEEP刀组临床总有效率96.00%高于微波组82.00%;两组临床总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论LEEP刀与微波疗法均可治疗慢性宫颈炎,但LEEP刀治疗可明显提高临床总有效率,缩短创面愈合时间。

Clinical comparison of LEEP knife and microwave therapy in the treatment of chronic cervicitis

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of LEEP knife and microwave therapy on chronic cervicitis.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,100 patients with chronic cervicitis who were treated in the gynecological clinic of our hospital were selected as the research object.According to the treatment method,they were divided into microwave group and LEEP knife group,with 50 cases in each group.Compare the operation time,operation bleeding volume and cervical wound healing time;3 months postoperative review to determine the efficacy,statistical total clinical effectiveness.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05);the operation time and cervical wound healing time in the LEEP knife group were significantly shorter than those in the microwave group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the LEEP knife group was 96.00%higher than the microwave group 82.00%;the clinical total effective rate of the two groups was compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both LEEP knife and microwave therapy can treat chronic cervicitis,but LEEP knife treatment can significantly improve the total clinical efficiency and shorten the wound healing time.
