COVID-19期间病案统计管理策略

新冠肺炎疫情发生以来,给我国的卫生预防工作带来了极大地挑战,考验着医院在特殊时期的管理能力,特别是对记录着患者诊疗信息的病案管理提出新的要求。为规范COVID-19期间的病案管理工作,本文就电子病历资料的填写、质控、特殊标记及相对传统电子病案管理方式进行探索,按照战时医院感染防控要求对纸质病案管理进行优化改进,特别是在病案的储存、转运、消杀、归档、复印、特殊疾病编码等环节,科学、全方位、无死角,严防病案管理工作与疫情防控的交界点,最大限度控制医医接触和医患接触的机会,防止院内交叉感染的发生。

Management Strategy of Medical Record Statistics during Covid-19 Period

Since the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia,it has brought great challenges to the health prevention work in China,and tested the management ability of the hospitals in special period.In order to standardize the medical record management during covid-19 period,this paper explores the filling,quality control,special marking and relative traditional management mode of electronic medical record,optimizes and improves the paper-based medical record management according to the requirements of hospital infection prevention and control in wartime,especially in the links of storage,transfer,killing,filing,copying,special disease coding,etc We should strictly prevent the interface between medical record management and epidemic prevention and control,control the opportunities of doctor-patient contact and doctor-patient contact to prevent the occurrence of nosocomial cross infection.
