CBL联合情景模拟教学法在小儿推拿临床实习教学中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨CBL联合情景模拟教学法在小儿推拿临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月1日-2020年6月31日在某院儿科小儿推拿组轮转的65名实习生作为研究对象,其中32名学生接受LBL教学法,为对照组;另33名学生接受CBL联合情景模拟教学法,为观察组。统计两组学生出科考核成绩,微信二维码教学满意度调查。结果在出科考核成绩方面,观察组和对照组的小儿推拿理论知识成绩为(92.6±3.8vs84.2±2.5),技能操作成绩为(90.2±1.8vs86.2±4.5)、总成绩分别为(91.0±2.7vs85.4±3.9),两组比较均P<0.05,有统计学差异;对于实习生综合素质提高方面:观察组实习生中的分别有91%、88%、97%、97%认为CBL联合情景模拟教学法可提高学生自主学习能力、沟通交流能力、手法操作能力,以及临床诊疗思维,与对照组LBL教学法相比,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;微信二维码教学满意度问卷调查结果为:带教态度、带教内容、带教方法、带教效果、满意度总分分别为(19.33±0.51vs19.34±0.49分)、(37.29±2.33 vs37.34±2.26)、(27.36±1.58vs24.21±1.65)、(8.17±0.98vs7.01±0.62)、(93.21±2.86vs87.14±2.07),其中带教方法、带教效果、满意度总分、观察组对照组两组比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;带教态度、带教内容两组差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论CBL联合情景模拟教学法在小儿推拿临床实习教学中可提高实习生考核成绩和教学满意度,有一定推广价值。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of CBL combined with scene simulation teaching method in clinical practice teaching of Infantile tuina.Methods Sixty-five interns who were rotated in the department of pediatrics in a hospital on January 1,2019 and June 31,2020 were selected as the research objects.Thirty-two interns received LBL teaching method as the control group.Sixty-five interns who were in a hospital pediatric rotation of infantile tuina group.In the control group,thirty-two interns received LBL teaching method,thirty-three interns received CBL combined with scene simulation teaching method as an observation group.To statistics the subject examination results and WeChat two-dimensional code of teaching satisfaction survey in two groups of interns.Results In terms of examination results,the score of theoretical knowledge,operation skills,total grade of infantile tuina for interns in the observation group and the control group were(92.6±3.8 vs84.2±2.5),(90.2±1.8 vS86.2±4.5),and(91.0±2.7 VS85.4±3.9),The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The aspect of evaluation interns’quality improvement:in observation group,91 percent of interns think that their autonomous learning ability can improve,88 percent of interns communication ability can be improved,while 97 percent of interns think that their manipulative ability,clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking can also improve.The difference between observation group and control group is statistically significant,which is P<0.05.The survey results of WeChat two-dimensional code of teaching satisfaction in two groups as follows:Teaching attitude(19.33±0.51 vs 19.34±0.49),Teaching content(37.29±2.33 vs37.34±2.26),Teaching method(27.36±1.58 vs24.21±1.65),Teaching effect(8.17±0.98 vs7.01±0.62),and the total score of satisfaction was(93.21±2.86 vs 87.14±2.07).The two groups were not statistically significant in teaching attitude and teaching content(P>0.05).The observation group was higher than the control group in the teaching method,teaching effect and the total score of satisfaction,which is statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with scene simulation teaching method can improve the assessment results and teaching satisfaction of interns in clinical practice teaching of Infantile tuina.which are worth promoting.
