旋覆花化学成分及药理作用研究进展

摘    要:旋覆花在中国有悠久的药用历史,具有降气、消痰、行水、止呕的功效,为中医临床治疗风寒咳嗽、痰饮蓄结、胸膈痞闷、喘咳痰多、呕吐噫气、心下痞硬的常用药,是具有沉降药性的代表药味。现代药学研究表明旋覆花主要含有倍半萜类、黄酮类、其他萜类、甾体类、挥发油、多糖类等多种化合物,旋覆花及其有效成分具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、神经保护、抗衰老、降糖调脂、抗过敏、抗动脉硬化、抗心肌损伤、抗氧化、抗黑色素生成、抗肝损伤等多方面的药理活性。对《中国药典》收载的2种旋覆花的化学成分及药理作用研究进展进行总结和归纳,为进一步阐明旋覆花沉降药性的科学内涵提供文献依据。

Abstract:Inulae Flos has a long history of medicinal use in China, with the effect of descending the adverse qi flow, resolving phlegm, promoting diuresis and stopping nausea. It is commonly used in the clinical treatment of cough due to wind-cold, stuffy and full sensation in the chest and diaphragm, dyspnea and cough with excessive sputum, vomiting, ructation, epigastric fullness and rigidity due to retention of phlegm and morbid fluids. It is a classical drug with descending medicinal properties. It mainly contains sesquiterpenoids, flavonoids, other terpenoids, steroids, volatile oils, polysaccharides and other compounds. Modern pharmacological research has shown that it has various pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, neuroprotective, anti-aging, reduce blood sugar, anti-lipidemic, anti-allergic, anti-atherosclerosis, anti-cardiac damage, antioxidant, anti-melanogenic, and anti-liver damage. The progress of research on the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of the pharmacopoeial base species of Inulae Flos in recent years were summarized, and provide a documentary basis for further elucidating the scientific connotation of the descending medicinal properties of Inulae Flos.
