The logistic analysis of influencing factors of critically ill pregnant women in Guiyang City during 2014 to 2018

Objective:The monitoring results of critical pregnant and lying-in women from 2014 to 2018 in Guiyang City were analyzed to understand the occurrence of critical pregnant and lying-in women and related influencing factors,so as to provide scientific basis for reducing the incidence of critical pregnant and lying-in women.Methods:Case data of four monitoring hospitals for pregnant and lying-in women in Guiyang City were selected on January 1,2014 and December 31,2018.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the relevant influencing factors of critically ill pregnant women.Results:The 700 cases have been monitored critically ill pregnant women of 121545 pregnant women,with an incidence of 0.5%.Multivariate regression analysis showed that age,marital status,education,number of deliveries,number of antenatal examinations and number of cesarean sections affected the occurrence of critically ill pregnant women.Conclusion:There is a certain relationship between marital status and the occurrence of critically ill pregnant women.With the increase of education level,the incidence of critically ill pregnant women gradually decreases.The number of births and cesarean section in the past are positively correlated with the incidence of critically ill pregnant women.
