结直肠癌手术患者住院费用及影响因素分析

目的分析结直肠癌手术患者的住院费用构成及其影响因素,为合理有效控制结直肠癌手术患者住院费用提供参考依据。方法选取福建省某三甲医院2014年1月1日-2018年12月31日出院的1489例结直肠癌手术患者作为研究对象,收集患者基本情况、住院治疗情况和费用情况等数据,采用单因素分析和逐步回归分析对住院费用的影响因素进行统计分析。结果住院费用主要由药品费、包含卫生材料的其他费用、手术费、检查检验费构成,分别占31.26%、30.12%、14.58%、14.04%。通过多因素分析得到结直肠癌手术患者住院费用的首要影响因素为住院天数,其次为有无并发症,年龄和付费方式等在不同程度上均对住院费用产生影响(P<0.05)。结论合理缩短住院天数、合理安排检查检验及卫生材料使用,可以有效降低结直肠癌手术患者的住院费用。

Analysis of Hospitalization Costs and Influencing Factors of Patients with Colorectal Cancer Surgery

Objective To investigate the hospitalization costs and influencing factors of patients with colorectal cancer surgery,and provide reference for controlling medical expenses.Methods The information of 1489 inpatients with colorectal cancer surgery in a tertiary hospitals in fujian from January 1,2014 to December 31,2018 was selected,and the data of basic conditions,Hospitalization and expenses were extracted.The factors affecting hospitalization expenses were analyzed by t-test or one-way analysis of variance and multiple stepwise regression analysis.Results The proportion of medicine,other expenses including sanitary materials,surgery and inspection was 31.26%,30.12%,14.58%and 14.04%.The main influencing factor for obtaining colorectal cancer surgery hospitalization cost through multiple linear stepwise regression equation was the number of hospitalization days,followed by whether it has complication,age and the payment method would affect the hospitalization cost to varying degrees(P<0.05).Conclusion By Reducing the number of hospital stays,strengthening the management of sanitary materials and inspection,the hospitalization costs of patients with colorectal cancer surgery could be reduced.
