头皮静脉逆向穿刺在儿科输液中的临床价值探讨

目的探讨头皮静脉逆向穿刺在儿科输液中的临床价值。方法选择2018年1月至2019年8月在凌源市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心进行输液的84例患儿为研究对象,按照患儿姓氏拼音先后顺序编号,依据随机数字表法,随机将研究对象分为两组对照组和研究组,每组42例。对照组给予常规顺向穿刺法,研究组采取头皮静脉逆向穿刺法,比较两组的穿刺效果、并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果研究组一次穿刺成功率、回血率、输液成功率均高于对照组,P<0.05;研究组并发症率为2.38%,低于对照组的14.28%,P<0.05;研究组家属护理满意度为95.24%,高于对照组的80.95%,P<0.05。结论在儿科输液中,头皮静脉逆向穿刺较顺向穿刺成功率更高,利于输液进行,且穿刺后并发症率较低,家属更为满意,值得推荐。

Clinical value of scalp vein reverse puncture in pediatric transfusion

Objective:To explore the clinical value of scalp vein reverse puncture in pediatric transfusion.Methods:A total of 84 cases of pediatric transfusion in Lingyuan Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from January 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the pinyin sequence of children's surnames,and according to the random number table method,the research subjects were randomly divided into two groups-the control group and the research group,42 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional forward puncture,while the research group was given scalp vein reverse puncture.The puncture effect,complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The one-time puncture success rate,blood return rate and transfusion success rate of the research group were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05;the complication rate of the research group was 2.38%,lower than 14.28%of the control group,P<0.05;the nursing satisfaction of family members in the research group was 95.24%,higher than 80.95%of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:In pediatric transfusion,the success rate of scalp vein reverse puncture is higher than that of anterograde puncture,which is conducive to the infusion,and the complication rate after puncture is lower,and the family members are more satisfied,which is worthy of recommendation.
