摘    要:目的 评价角膜内基质环矫正低度近视的短期疗效。方法 对2001年7月~2002年3月在我院治疗的8例(15只眼)低度近视患者,分别在角膜缘植入0.25mm、0.30mm、0.35mm的角膜基质环。手术後行裂隙灯检查角膜,比较手术前後视力、角膜曲率的变化。结果 术中和术后无严重并发症。术後随访3~13(平均6.75±6.22)个月、有12只眼术後视力≥0.8(75%)。手术1周後视力和角膜曲率基本稳定。结论 经短期临床观察,ICRs能够安全有效地治疗低度近视。手术操作简单、时间短

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the short-term effects of intrastromal corneal ring (ICR) in corrertion of mild myopia. Methods Patients with mild myopia (spherical equivalent between-1.25 and-3.00 D) were enrolled to have ICR placement from July 2001 to March 2002. The thickness of the inserted ICR segment was 0.25mm, 0.30mm or 0.35mm. During a follow-up from 3 moulds to 13 months, the short-term results were evaluated through slit lamp findings, uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA), maintenance of best visual acuity (BCVA) as well as predictability and stability of the refractive effect. Results No serious intraoperalive or postoperative complication occured . The UCVA/BCVA was 0.8 or better in 12 (75%) eyes. All patients were satisfied with the results. Conclusion ICR can correct mild myopia safely and effectively. Its placement is a brief and easy procedure (or outpatients. The refractive effect is predictable and stable over short-term follow-up.
