摘    要:目的 观察松郁安神方对肝郁化火及阴虚火旺证单纯性失眠患者血浆中5-羟色胺(5-HT)、多巴胺(DA)的影响,探讨其治疗失眠的可能作用机制. 方法 60例单纯性失眠患者中肝郁化火和阴虚火旺患者各30例,均予松郁安神方治疗8周.两组患者治疗前后进行阿森斯失眠量表(Athens)评定及测定血浆5-HT和DA含量. 结果 两组患者治疗后Athens评分与本组治疗前比较,均有统计学差异(P<0.05).两组患者治疗后5-HT水平较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),DA水平较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05).结论 松郁安神方对肝郁化火证和阴虚火旺证失眠患者疗效确切,可能是升高5-HT含量及降低DA含量而起到改善睡眠的作用.
