| 摘 要： | 目的 评价通阳解毒汤治疗结节囊肿型痤疮的临床疗效.方法 选择结节囊肿型痤疮中医辨证为阳郁寒凝证型患者87例,随机分为治疗组44例和对照组43例,治疗组口服通阳解毒汤,每日1剂,分早、晚2次温服.对照组口服大黄廑虫丸,每次3g,每日2次.两组疗程均为8周.比较两组患者临床疗效,观察两组患者治疗前及治疗后2、4、6、8周时皮损评分、中医证候评分的变化及不良反应.结果 治疗组总有效率86.4％,对照组总有效率65.1％,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05).两组患者总积分从治疗后2周起均有明显下降,治疗后8周分别与本组治疗前、治疗后2周、4周、6周比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).从治疗后4周起治疗组总积分与对照组同时间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).从治疗后2周起比较总积分下降率、中医证候评分下降率,治疗组均优于对照组(P＜0.01)；在皮损评分下降率、不良反应发生率方面,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 通阳解毒汤治疗阳郁寒凝型结节囊肿型痤疮疗效较好.
