| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨在食管、贲门癌术后贲门重建预防吻合口瘘、狭窄及反流等并发症的可行性。方法 常规切除癌肿后全部病例均行食管粘膜胃壁潜入吻合。行胃近侧切除食管胃弓下吻合 2 90例 ,弓上颈部吻合 348例。结果 全部病例经随访均可进普食、无梗噎感和反流症状。结论 食管粘膜胃壁潜入吻合术 ,具有贲门样作用能有效地预防吻合口瘘、狭窄及反流等并发症

| Abstract: | Objective Restruction of gastric cardia to prevent the reflux after the operation of esophageal cancer or gastic cardia cancer. Methods Esophageal mucosa slips into the coat of the stomach and anastomoses it after the carcinomatous tissue excised. Results All cases, in reguler visit, have no sense of choking, no reflux sympotom, and can eat general food. Conclusion This skill is obviously advantaged in "three defends" after the operation. And it is also a ideal method, with the function of gastric cardia, to anastomose the esophagus and stomach. |
