| 摘 要： | 目的:观察逆行切除翼状胬肉并自体角膜缘干细胞移植术的疗效。方法:对61例、67眼翼状胬肉由体部向头部逆行切除,取2 mm宽下方角膜缘干细胞的结膜瓣移植到巩膜暴露区。结果:术后随访6个月~2年,3眼复发,复发率4.48%。结论:逆行切除翼状胬肉并自体角膜缘干细胞移植术复发率低、美容效果好。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the relapse of pterygium after retrograde excision and autotransplantation of corneal limbus stem cells.Method: A total of 61 patients(67 eyes) with pterygium were performed retrograde excision from the body to the head and autotransplantation using a 2 mm-width corneal limbus stem cells from the temporal inferior corneal limbus to cover the exposed sclera area.(Results:) During a follow-up from 6 months to 2 years,pterygium recurred in 3 eyes(4.48%).Conclusion: Retrograde excision of pterygium combined with autotransplantation of corneal limbus stem cells decreases the rate of recurrence and promotes the effect of cosmetology. |
