人工细胞微囊材料壳聚糖的实验研究

摘    要:用自制材料壳聚糖取代进口材料聚赖氨酸制作海藻酸钠-壳聚糖-海藻酸钠人工细胞。以此法包埋肝细胞可以降低成本,又可保持微囊通透性能。经PRMI-1640培养液培养17天,微囊肝细胞能释放尿素、GPT及低分子量蛋白质。将微囊肝细胞植入体内或血液灌流可用以治疗急性肝功能衰竭,并可扩展到包埋其他生物细胞及药物。

Abstract:Based on microencapsulation technique, self-made chitosan was used toprepare alginate-chitosan-alginate artificial cell instead of imported polyl-ysine.The microcapsule was of high biocompatibility ,the cost was reducedand microcapsule permeability unchanged by encapsulation. After bei-ngcultityated in RPMI-1640 cultur e solution for 17 days,the microenca ps-ulated hepatocyte showed ability fo release fo urea,GPT and low-molecularweightprotein.Fulminant hepatic failure might be treated by the transpl-antationor hemoperfusion of microencapsulated hepatocytes. Furthermore,other tisssue cells and drugs might also be encapsulated by this method.
