| 摘 要： | 目的：分析ＥＵＳ检查对胃癌侵犯深度及可切除性判断的价值。方法：对１１２例胃癌患者行ＥＵＳ检查，其中８３例行手术治疗，其余２９例未行手术。比较ＥＵＳ和手术所见及病理结果。结果：ＥＵＳ判断胃癌侵犯深度的准确率为８５．５％（７１／８３），其中早期胃癌１３例，８例判断正确，进展期胃癌７０例，６３例判断正确。ＥＵＳ判断胃癌能否手术切除的准确率为８５．７％（９６／１１２）。结论：ＥＵＳ在判断癌侵犯深度方面具有较高的准确性，也能够为术前判断肿瘤的可切除性提供较大的帮助。

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze the value of endoscopic ultrasonography(EUS) in deiecting the depth of invasion and the resectability of gastric carcinoma. Methods: EUS was performed in 112 patients with gastric cancer before operation. The findings of EUS were compared with that of intra-operative and histological examinations. Results: The accuracy rate was 85.5%(71/83) in detecting the depth of invasion. The accuracy rate of resectability assessed by EUS was 85.7%(96/112). Condusions: EUS is useful in evaluating the depth of invasion and the resectability of gastric carcinoma before operation. |
