| 摘 要： | 目的:了解农民参与新型农村合作医疗的监管现状及意愿,分析影响农民参与监管的因素,探索提高农民监管意愿的有效途径。方法:采用随机抽样入户调查方法,运用自编的结构式问卷和个人深入访谈调查108位农民。结果:农民认为新型农村合作医疗最需要监管的内容依次为医疗费用、补偿和医疗服务;农民参与新型农村合作医疗的监管愿意存在性别和收入差异;能力、时间和政策支持是影响农民参与新型农村合作医疗监管的主要因素。结论:提高农民参与新型农村合作医疗监管的能力;多吸收家庭经济条件好的男性参与新型农村合作医疗监管;建立健全新型农村合作医疗管理法规。 |
