| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨LEEP治疗后联合药物治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法：对2007年10月-2008年4月在我院确诊为中、重度宫颈糜烂的患者150例，分为A、B、C三组，A组单用LEEP治疗，B组在LEEP治疗一个月后阴道放置辛复宁，C组在LEEP治疗一个月后阴道交替放置辛复宁和氯喹那多-普罗雌烯阴道片。随访3个月观察治疗效果。结果：三组手术时间，阴道流液时间，术中出血量以及感染率无统计学差异，B、C两组的治愈率明显高于A组，特别是C组，治愈率高达94％。治疗效果比较有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论：LEEP治疗后阴道放置辛复宁或辛复宁和氯喹那多-普罗雌烯阴道片可以提高LEEP宫颈治疗的治愈率。
