| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨自发性结肠穿孔的病因、诊断及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2002年10月至2008年10月12例自发性结肠穿孔患者的临床资料。全部病例均行急诊手术，术前明确诊断8例。行结肠穿孔修补术1例，穿孔段肠外置手术1例，穿孔修补＋近段结肠造口术9例，穿孔肠段切除、远端封闭、近端造口（Hartmann术）1例。结果治愈10例，死亡2例；并发肺部感染2例；切口感染1例。结论自发性结肠穿孔多见于老年人，确诊率低，预后差，早期诊断、早期手术是改善预后的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the etiology,diagnosis and therapy of spontaneous perforation of the colon.Methods The clinical data of 12 cases with spontaneous perforation of the colon from Oct.1998 to Oct.2008 were analyzed retrospectively.8 cases were diagnosed clearly before operation.
