小切口非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除术临床护理观察

目的探讨反眉者式小切口非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入术的临床效果及护理方法。方法对285例285眼白内障患者采用反眉式巩膜隧道小切口,晶体圈匙娩出晶状体核,囊袋内植入人工晶体,同时配合好术前术后护理。结果术后裸眼视力或矫正视力:>0.6者234眼(82%),0.3~0.5者30眼(11%),0.1~0.2者12眼(4%),<0.1者9眼(3%)。结论反眉式小切口非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入并配合好围手术期护理,术后视力恢复快、并发症少、易于操作、经济实用,适合基层医院工作的开展。

THERAPEUTIC EFFECT OF SMALL-INCISION NON-ULTRAEMUL-SIFICATION EXTRACAPSULAR CATARACT EXTRACTION

Objective To explore the curative effect of small-incision non-ultraemulsification extracapsular cataract extraction and artificial lens implantation.Methods 285 eyes were treated with small-incision non-ultraemulsification extracapsular cataract extraction and artificial lens implantation.Results 216 eyes(75.79) had their bare or corrected visual acuity above 0-6 two days after the operations.234 eyes(82.11%) had their visual acuity reach above 0.6 one week later.Conclusion Small-incision non-ultraemulsification extracapsular cataract extraction and good perioperative nursures can produce good curative effects,and the easy management and low cost make it work well for community hospitals.
