维思通对女性精神病人血清催乳素及月经周期的影响

The effect of risperidone on PRL and menstruation

Objective To explore the effect of risperidone on PRL and menstruation.And observe the side effects on the emotion.Methods 56 female first-onset schizophrenic patients' PRL were measured on the 1st,4th and 12th weeks during taking risperidone.The were observed change of menstruation in 12 weeks,and assessed with BPRS and TESS separately before and after 12 weeks treatment.Results After 4 weeks treatment,the patients' PRL had no significant differences than before the treatment ( P >0.05).After 12 weeks,the PRL increased remarkably,and had significant differences than before the treatment( P <0 01).There was various changes of menstruation in 26 patients,and the subscale of anxiety-depression in BPRS was significant differences than the others'( P <0.05).Conclusions Risperidone can change menstruation.A long-term application can increase patients' PRL and lead anxious emotion.
