| 摘 要： | 目的探讨64排螺旋CT血管成像（MSCTA）对动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血（SAH）的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析42例急性动脉瘤性SAH患者的MSCTA、DSA、手术资料。MSCTA图像采用容积再现（VR）、最大密度投影（MIP）、多平面重建（MPR）、仿真内窥镜（VE）技术进行处理。结果MSCTA共发现动脉瘤44个，DSA、手术共发现动脉瘤46个，与DSA和手术比较，MSCTA正确诊断动脉瘤44个，漏诊2个，MSCTA诊断敏感性为95．7％。结论MSCTA对动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血检出动脉瘤的诊断敏感性高、快速、无创，可作为SAH首选的影像学诊断方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of 64-slice multidetecter com-puted tomography angiography(MSCTA) in the diagnosis of aneurismal subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH).
